Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?

Hi, I am thrilled to be here with you as well! Before my husband Mark’s kidney and liver transplant, I thought I was designing an aligned life for myself and our family. I identified the big things that mattered, which were being great parents to our kids, building lifelong memories, and taking great vacations…but I was a bit blurry on the details. Yet all of that changed on the other side of fighting through the experience of Mark switching roles from being a doctor, to becoming a patient. If I wanted to design and live an exquisitely aligned life, I needed to stop thinking in terms of “someday” and start prioritizing “right now” because TIME had become VERY valuable. Time was of the essence, as our family had so painfully learned, life could change in a heartbeat. I started looking more closely at how I was spending (what I now refer to as my “Divine Resources”) my time, money, and energy. I now knew, viscerally, that these resources were not infinite – not for me, not for anyone.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?

Mark’s health crisis taught me the power of truly claiming what we desire. I’ve always been a go-getter, but before he got sick, I dreamed abstractly about our ideal life. When our future was in jeopardy, I realized there’s a difference between dreaming and deliberately choosing to live a great life.
A few years before Mark’s illness, I confided in a friend about wanting more for my life. She responded, “You have it all—and now you’re saying you want more?” This made me feel guilty and unworthy, leading me to bury my desires, feel misunderstood and worst of all, alone.
This sense of unworthiness sparked my journey of self-discovery. I learned that society teaches us it’s not safe to communicate our desires. Yet, I know the feeling of unworthiness isn’t healthy or necessary—it traps us, then prevents us from moving forward.
We can be grateful for what we have and still desire more. If you feel something is missing, it’s not because you’re ungrateful or selfish—it’s because your exquisitely aligned life is calling you!
When things got critical with Mark’s health, I surrendered the “how” of his recovery. We wanted an amazing life together and claimed it, refusing to accept anything less. When the doubt vanished, the miracles started showing up.
Looking back, it was exactly what it was meant to be because this propelled me in ways I would never have imagined.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?

Here’s what I know.
There’s a future waiting for you—the one that’s been calling you since you were small. The one that infiltrates your dreams and calls your attention exactly where it needs to be, especially when you least expect it. That life has called you here, to this page.
However, here’s the challenge: life doesn’t just “happen.” If it could, it would have already. It needs to be championed by someone who refuses to take “no” for an answer. It needs to be defended by someone who believes in it so strongly that none of the “evidence” saying it’s impossible even matters. It needs to be upheld by someone who rejects excuses. It needs to be pursued by someone who wants it so badly they are willing to do whatever it takes to create it.

There are a million ways out of the destiny you were born for. There are a million “somedays,” “maybe next times,” and “if onlys.” Yet there’s only one way to have it. You have to choose it. You have to choose it with every fiber of your being, with a conviction and certainty that makes it impossible for you to fail. Your exquisite life hasn’t given up on you, my friend. That’s why you feel it, every day, calling you forward. It’s chosen you. It’s claimed you. Will you claim it back?

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?

When I wake up and walk downstairs, I see the beauty I’ve created in my home and feel a sense of arrival. Sipping tea in my yard, watching hawks and hummingbirds, I feel connected to the Earth. On my paddleboard, I feel free. Watching my children explore their passions, I feel fulfilled.
In front of a microphone, whether on a podcast, a TV show, or an event stage, I’m grateful for being seen, heard, and valued. Supporting a client’s breakthrough, I know I’m living my purpose. When I consciously align my life, everything flows; life happens for me. I know my boundaries, desires, and what to let go of.
Unexpected events happen, but knowing my life’s purpose turns even failures into steps toward my destiny. This richness and joy are by design, stripping away anything not aligned with my soul. Your unique desires, what I call heart-felt desires, make you feel alive when activated.
